Hellur, I am Larissa, your Certified Massage Therapist. The main reason I am so stoked to work in massage therapy is getting to witness people receive true healing. It’s an incredible exchange of knowledge, acceptance and A LOT of deep breaths. If you ever have had specific intentional bodywork like when we get into areas underneath your shoulder blade (into one of my top 3 favorite muscles the subscapularis) deep breaths are key.

There’s a huge power in circulatory (Swedish) massage and then there’s my other favorites which include CUPPING, Deep Tissue and Sports/Repetitive Motion Injury. As well as using kinesiology taping techniques to maximize results from your massage.

What’s rad about my job is everyBODY is so different and has a story; I love constantly learning new things about the body and get so excited to see what results we can achieve. Every massage is an opportunity. So let’s ignite change from within, within your muscles, within your fascia, within your mindset, working with the soft tissue and creating space for the hard tissue.
