I am not what you would call a "spa" massage. Although I am certified in multiple modalities, I have come to love these and use them the most on myself and in my practice... CUPPING, Deep Tissue, Sports/Repetitive Motion Injury, CUPPING, using kinesiology taping techniques and did I mention CUPPING! We are going to ignite change from within, within your fascia, within your muscles, working with the soft tissue and creating space for the hard tissue.
